Concheira Beach in Baiona is located between the Monterreal Fortress and the Pinzón Promenade, right in the urban center and facing west towards the Atlantic Ocean.

It is a small, rocky beach with coarse sand made up of small shell fragments (hence its name). The waters are clean and lively.

Pets on the beach

On Baiona's beaches, pets are welcome year-round. During the summer months, June, July, and August, dogs can continue to enjoy the sand, but only from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Both in winter and summer, owners must keep them on a leash, as in the rest of the public spaces in the municipality.
